Video shows crews arrive and put out a fire that engulfed an ambulance outside of an area nursing home.

Video released by North Spartanburg Fire Department show crews as they arrive to and put out a fire which engulfed an ambulance outside of an area nursing home.

According to the fire department, the fire happened on February 1 after a crew in an Ambustar truck dropped off a resident at Valley Falls Terrace on Locust Grove.

The crew were reportedly sitting in their truck doing paperwork when they noticed a smell of smoke, then realized smoke was coming into their vehicle. The crew members were able to safely get out of the truck before it went up in flames.
